Liquid clay can be expensive.
I made this little video to show how to make liquid clay out of regular tap water and polymer clay.

Video
Since the world will end in about 2 years, I'm working on a few ideas on how to pass time after the apocalypse. Supplies will not be easy to get and I will just have to work with what I find on the ground.
I am proud to present the Video Scart Cable earstuds!

Because even when the world is falling down I will still be making stuff. Take that 2012! :C

Glamorous Goth
I have always been a bit goth in the way I dress. I have too many little black dresses and a fetish for lace and leather. This Sunday I decided to make a small Etsy finds collage dedicated to something that will never go out of style (or at least not in my world) the Glamorous Goth!
This week features Esty stores Do Bats Eat Cats?, Leather Lace and Velvet Vintage, De Poppenkraal, Janet Lily and Incense and Peppermints

New project! Or not.
Ok, so... I've been admiring these paper clip chandeliers for a while now:
http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=26363152
I mean, how cool are they? I want one! I can't afford them though so...Uhm... I want to make my own. Can't be that hard right? RIGHT? :O
I can just see myself buying tons of paper clips and then fail pretty hard within 3 minutes.
Hah! XD

Lion Rings
So I have these old 60's buttons that are kinda cool. I will probably never be able to make something that is fantastic enough to have buttons like them, so I'm trying to make them into rings. Problem is. I can't get the shanks off their backs. They're obviously glued on. Let's just say that whatever glue they used I'd like to have it too.

Scrap jewelry
Some jewelry I am working. These will probably not be up for sale at my shop...
Want to turn this into a hairclip. Old toy jewelry.

Copper plate bow and pearls. Made two of these but I am not sure if they look better as earrings or as a necklace.

Earrings in the works. Not sure how to fasten earrhooks. Or maybe I should try and use studs for these. Decisions, decisions...

Rings made from brass wire, pearls and vintage button.

My god, I am getting tired of the dark. I want to be able to take photos without using a flash :C

Pineapple Express
Here's some better photos of the pineapple ring. Looks pretty awesome with red nails...

Loving the background. Vintage magazine from 1958. Kinda love reading those. The issue on the photo has a very entertaining article about a father that was left alone with his little baby daughter FOR SEVERAL HOURS and had to change her diaper!!!! TEH HORRORS. Uhm yeah. I'm glad I don't live in the 50's.
Not much else happening here today. Been working on my freakin degree essay for Uni the whole day. Feels like I'm not getting anywhere with it. And I used to be able to go on and on AND ON about architecture. Now It's just blaah... Oh well, I've set the deadline to March. If it's not done ny then I am made of FAIL.

Featured :)
... In this blog:
Click!
Other than that I have some new rings. I Love them. They are made from vintage white buttons and plastic pineapples that used to sit on a, now broken, vintage necklace. They look very... 50's to me. More exciting photos will probably come tomorrow.

Augh :/
The craft store in my town is running out of everything, and they never seem to re-stock. I can't find that special glaze I usually use for my fimo clay creations, and I was thinking about buying small rounded wodden plates to use for the face of my Red riding hood brooches, and they were out too... :/ It's really hard to find the supplies I want. And when they do have the things I want it's damn expensive. I payed 42 SEK today for 4 adjustable rings. That's like... Almost 6 USD. When I got home I found similar on Etsy (and they were silver plated!!!) 20 rings for 9.90! Uhm... :O
I guess that's what you get from living in a crappy expensive town like this... :P

How to make yourself a throne
So I've had this IKEA computer chair for... I'd say 15 years. This is where I should have had before pictures but unfortunately I don't. Anyway, try to imagine a white plastic simple computer chair with orange fabric and wheels. Pretty yucky huh?
Well some gold spray paint and new fabric later it looks like this:

Fancy pillow to sit on. This one is all flat now though... Think I need to put some more filling in it.

Here's another thing that I re-made. No before pic for this one either, but imagine an old shabby faded grey color on it before this:

Love the pillow. I mean, I made TASSELS and SUCCEEDED!

I'm very into re-making and recycling of my old clohtes and furniture. This is ugly long shirt that I think is from 2000 that I remade into a cute blouse with a neck bow. I love neck bows!!!!

Weird shit
When I was little I had an imaginary friend. Or maybe "it" was not that imaginary, it was this:

Yes. I had a clown doll as my best friend. We talked for hours and he always had such nice things to say.
I found him today in the basement, and it all came back to me... I take this as a direct cause for my love for weird shit in my adult (YOUNG ADULT!!!) life.
This necklace I found last year in Cologne, Germany. I LOVE IT. I wear it to my casual outfits. It's bigger than it looks. And it's quite strange. It's BEAR BLING.

It really is an awesome piece.

Little red
I am planning some new brooches in the style of my Geishas in my Etsy store.
This time my inspiration come from this little girl.

Little red riding hood!
Here's a sketch of what I'm thinking about. Haha - worst photo so far this year!

I have some really nice velvet-like fabrtic that I used for my little red riding hood halloween costume in 2008 that would be nice to use in this project.
